Carmen specializes in Employment law. Throughout her career, she has advised both national and international clients in various projects, mostly within the field of employment law: safeguarding of employees’ rights in the event of transfers of undertakings (TUPE), employees’ benefit plans, cross-border secondment arrangements, reward plans, due diligence processes, and discrimination matters. She has also reviewed and drafted different types of employment documents.

Carmen has worked on a significant number of projects related to drafting due diligence reports, providing legal assistance in relation to the negotiation of different types of contracts (commercial office leases, management agreements, mergers, assignment of receivables), and drafting legal opinions and memos concerning both national and EU regulations in the following fields: employment, pharma and medical services, corporate, accounting services.
