Vlad Peligrad


Vlad Peligrad, head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, has more than 17 years of legal practice. Vlad is an arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania and at the Bucharest International Arbitration Court (BIAC) and has broad experience and knowledge of litigation & arbitration, insolvency procedures, fraud investigations and crisis management. He is the exclusive winner of the Litigation category for Romania in the Client Choice Awards 2016.
Vlad also has extensive transactional experience in project finance, infrastructure and concessions/PPP projects and FIDIC Contracts, as well as in bank lending and real estate finance transactions, accumulated both in Bucharest and New York.
He has a Ph.D. in law and he completed his LL.M with The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.
