Alexandru Sorici is a Senior Associate in our Bucharest office who is highly specialized in real estate law. He has experience in supporting a broad range of clients with respect to both transactional assistance (asset deals and share deals) and day-to-day assistance.

He also has very broad experience in urbanism issues; he has been involved both in due diligence exercises related to urbanism requirements and litigation concerning zonal urbanism plans and building permits.

Some of the major projects in which Alexandru has been involved include: sell-side legal assistance for an Israeli company in the process of exiting a green energy project of at least 170 MW, buy-side legal assistance for a Romanian company for the acquisition of a 50MW solar project, legal assistance to a multi-national industrial premises developer with respect to its day-to-day activities.
