His extensive M&A experience includes the following both buy and sell side recent end-to-end transaction legal assistance provided the following: a leading player on the Romanian optical retail and distribution market operating a nationwide network of more than 55 stores under two different brands on its sale to a large international PE fund with a significant presence on the Romanian local market, the owners of one of the main IT&C integrators on the Romanian market, on the sale of 85% of the share capital to a large French group, the owners of a leading Romanian producer and distributor of homeopathic products in Romania on the sale of the aforementioned to the largest international plant processors, producers and distributors of liquid herbal pharmaceutical and medicinal teas – process also comprising a highly complex carve-out procedure; a worldwide Swiss grain and fertilizer trader on the acquisition of $60 of the shares of two agribusiness local companies, the strongest distributors of Agri inputs and outputs in the northern part or Romania; one of the largest food retailers in acquiring a local supermarket network composed of three stores located in Bucharest and nearby and much more.
