Mihai has assisted and represented both domestic and international clients in a variety of litigation cases, involving issues such as commercial, public procurement, energy and administrative disputes. He has also acquired a range of skills and know-how as a consulting attorney, assisting and advising clients on intellectual property matters, energy and regulatory and compliance projects.

Mihai has assisted and represented clients from a variety of industries and consequently has hands-on experience from numerous areas of practice. His notable achievements include successfully managing a portfolio of litigation cases for one of the leading national Energy & Gas companies, advising (pre-litigation) a number of suppliers in relation to the proper execution of their public procurement agreements as well as assisting and representing one of the leading national Pharmaceutical & Dietary supplements producers and suppliers in an important Intellectual Property (trademarks) litigation case.
